As expert chefs we gained our cooking skills by working at leading French restaurants before becoming moms. We do not plan to make you uncomfortable with advanced methods of cooking. Julie claims her skills in baking exceed all other members of our team. At Le Clarence in Paris my role as pastry chef let me design and prepare outstanding dessert creations for guests. Through my cooking I aim to provide everyone with the sweet culinary experiences I learned in French restaurant kitchens.
Camille enjoys giving a fresh update to traditional French recipes. Throughout my work at Auberge de l’Il as sous chef I developed my ability to take classic French dishes and update them for today’s tastes.
Élodie really enjoys combining different tastes in one dish. I managed the kitchen functions at Pierre Gagnaire restaurant while located in Paris until I found fulfillment in the culinary arts. My goal? I develop imaginative dishes that deliver impressive results although they are straightforward to prepare.
Unfortunately life is hectic and I understand the problem. After serving at Epicure in Paris I create elegant meals that could be prepared in no time for busy families. Think fancy but fuss-free!
